Awesome Adventures This Autumn From Race Harborough

If you’re looking for a challenge this autumn, look no further than these awesome autumn events from the team at Race Harborough.

First up, on Sunday, 20th September, the ever popular Clipston Trail Races - multi-terrain charity runs over half marathon and 5 miles, in and around the village of Clipston, Northamptonshire - make a welcome return.

Following on from this, on Sunday 27th September, is the 11th renewal of their highly regarded Festival of Cycling.

With Ride HQ located at Kibworth Mead Academy, Kibworth Beauchamp, there are four distance options available.

Newly designed 50k and 100k road routes perfectly complement newly designed 40k and 70k off-road options suitable for cross and MTB.

All routes take in the beautiful countryside, rolling roads and tracks through South Leicestershire, plus there's an epic halfway feed station, pizza at the finish, and a bespoke event medal for all participants!

A new event to the Race Harborough calendar then follows on Sunday, 11th October - the Grafham Water Trail Races - fully marked and marshalled trail races over 10k and half marathon distances on the glorious trails and tracks surrounding Grafham Water.

Starting and finishing at Marlow Park, the 10k race provides the perfect introduction to trail running whilst the half marathon provides a decent challenge for those looking to go further or build their experience of trail running.

The routes enjoy the best of the Cambridgeshire countryside as well as having some fantastic views.

There are prizes for the top 3 male and female finishers in both races, and all finishers will receive a specially commissioned race medal. There's also donuts and juice at the finish - so what's not to like?

From welcoming participants to the Clipston Trail Races, which are proper local trail races and have fantastic cakes, and our Festival of Cycling, which has a great atmosphere and a fantastic variety of routes, to our new Grafham Water Trail Races which looks to build on the success of its sister event at Pitsford Water.”
