Improvement works on A6 roundabout in Kibworth to start in summer 2027
Drivers in Harborough can expect improvements at the A6 roundabout by Wistow Road in Kibworth as the council shares details about the project.
Leicestershire County Council says the works are “intended to ease congestion, reduce queues at busy times and make journeys more reliable”.

The scheme will have measures to make it safer for people walking and cycling.
The council said: “We are currently working towards starting construction in summer 2027, with the scheme expected to be completed by winter 2027.
“When the proposals are finalised, and the construction timelines have been agreed, these details will be shared with residents, local businesses and other stakeholders.”
The roundabout scheme is described as “a critical first step in the wider programme of improvements along the A6 corridor”.
