Gear up to get out your Sunday best and rev up your motor for the spectacular grand opening of the new East Midlands Drive-in Venue in Market Harborough
The curtain will rise with a flourish as the Frankie’s Guys as Frankie Valley and the Four Seasons, starring Tom-Tastic as Tom Jones, storm the Showground on Saturday May 22.
Based by the Airfield Business Park to the north of Market Harborough, this night out at this 90-acre site will cost £40 per car (2 occupants) and £50 per car VIP (2 occupants).
Tickets for extra passengers are £15 each.
“A VIP ticket guarantees you a front row spot in our reserved area for the best view as well as a specially-waitered food and drink delivery service,” said Michael Preston, managing director of organisers Fleckney Events.
“Standard and VIP Car Tickets are subject to a £4 booking fee while additional passenger tickets are subject to a £2 booking fee which are added at the checkout.”
You can buy your tickets here: https://events.fleckneygroup.co.uk/jersey-boys-party-night/Gates will open at 6pm and close at 7.15pm.
And the three-hour festival of entertainment will start at 7.30pm and finish at 10.30pm.
“We launch our new venue in style with the award-winning Frankie’s Guys as Frankie Valley and the Four Seasons, along with Tom-Tastic as Tom Jones in what will be an incredible night to remember,” said Michael.
“Supported by a live band and some surprises in store along the way, come and celebrate with us and dance the night away in our show-stopping opening night.
“This event will be a drive-in format with space to be able to sit outside your car (guidelines permitting).
“A large selection of food and drink is available to purchase on-site.
“Burgers, hot dogs, chicken wraps, loaded fries, pizza, popcorn, sweets, licensed bar, hot and cold drinks and more will all be on tap,” added Michael.
“The sound will be broadcast over PA and portable car speakers.
“We will be fully compliant with the latest Government restrictions on social distancing.
“In fact, there’s no need to get out of your car at all during the event if you don’t want to.
“We will have large walkways throughout the site.
“So should you need to visit the toilet facilities or collect your food, you will be able to do so without coming into close contact with anyone else.
“It really does promise to be a fantastic night out for people in Market Harborough and beyond,” said Michael.
“It’s the least we all deserve after all the Covid lockdowns we’ve had to deal with for the last year!”
You’ll also be motor to the Showground to see 30 top drive-in movies being screened by Fleckney Events throughout this June.
