Hide AdThe Big Weekend is a massive part of the nationally-acclaimed Leicester Comedy Festival, just up the road.
Starring everything from the Dad’s Army Radio Show and Jarred Christmas and the Hobbit Kids show to the Magical Comedy Brunch, it’s bound to be a real firecracker.
Much-loved film favourites, comedy quiz nights, puppet shows and even a Faulty Towers Murder Mystery are all being lined to wow anyone who loves a fantastic night out.

He snatched showbiz headlines after winning Leicester Comedy Festival’s Best New Show in 2018.
Local venues hosting comedy events and entertainers from Thursday February 13 to Monday February 17 include Harborough Market, The Angel Hotel, Market Harborough’s Old Grammar School, Lutterworth Golf Club, the Beerhouse in St Mary’s Road, Harborough, and Aldwinckles Coffee House, off Church Street.

Following last year’s trailblazing event, organisers Harborough District Council and the Big Weekend won the Liberty Award at the 2019 Leicester Comedy Festival Awards honouring events that showcased the spirit of the festival.
