What a lot of awards you have
The group performed the wolfy tale last January and the play was nominated for 12 awards by the county organisation – eventually winning seven of them.
The group came away with the Special Recognition Award, for inclusivity; Best Animal (Adam Statham as Big Bad Wolf); Best Young Male Performer (Amos Price as Puck), Best Young Female Performer and Best Principal Girl (Eve Holder as Ruby); Best Principal Boy (Claire Gibbins as Robin Hood), and finally the Blue Balloon Trophy for Best Pantomime.

Hide AdA spokesman for the group said: “The awards are a reflection of the writing and directing talents of Mig Rawnsley, the acting ability of those nominated and a testament to the effort put in by all cast members and helpers in staging the show.
“Next year’s pantomime is The Snow Queen and we look forward to putting on another showstopper.”
Kibworth’s Last Minute Theatre was established more than a decade ago and hosts three productions a year.
