Market Harborough Building Society named one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work for the third year running
Market Harborough Building Society (MHBS) has been named one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work for the third year running.

This latest recognition is based on feedback from colleagues and customers, with MHBS continuing to receive excellent ratings online.
The business also said that colleagues gave more than 2,400 hours of their time to support local communities.

Lesley Vernon, chief engagement officer, said: “Our purpose is to fight for our customers and communities to thrive, and that is only possible because of our people. This recognition reflects a culture where colleagues feel trusted, empowered and able to see the difference they make every single day.”
As one of the largest employers in Market Harborough, the Society has grown its staff by more than 40 per cent in under five years.
