“So we thought it would be a good idea to offer the free events at Friday lunchtime and help people get the weekend off to a swinging start.”
The band play a selection of classic traditional jazz tunes including Doctor Jazz, Darktown Strutter’s Ball, Savoy Blues and I Get the Blues when it Rains.
The performances have proved a big hit with jazz enthusiasts as well as audiences less familiar with such popular jazz classics.
