Both sides were inactive at the weekend due to a blank week in the Midlands One East fixtures.

However, both sides will be primed as they prepare for matches which could see them climb the table if victorious.

Seventh-placed Harborough will be looking to complete the double over Melbourne on Saturday as they head north to Cockshut Lane to face their Derbyshire-based rivals.

Melbourne, currently 12th in the standings, are on a miserable run of form.

They have lost seven of their past eight fixtures and their only victory in that sequence came against Wellingborough, who are currently propping up the table.

Harborough beat Melbourne 58-28 in October and will be keen for a repeat of that victory.

Kick off will be 2.15pm.

Lutterworth, in eighth place, a point behind Harborough, will also be looking to make gains.

They are away at Oadby opponents Wyggestonians this weekend.

Oadby are sixth in the table, two points above Lutterworth, who won the home encounter between the two sides 46-34 in October.

Kick off at Wigston Road will be at 2.15pm.

Lutterworth entered last week’s break by recording a 48-19 home victory over Melbourne.

Market Harborough want to bounce back after their 11-7 defeat at West Bridgford.
