yet another Cracker from fell runner Sam
Fleckney & Kibworth Running Club’s Sam Pole was in fell running action in Shropshire for a second consecutive week, taking on the Cardington Cracker.
Covering nine miles and 2,600ft of ascent on a clear, cold and crisp day, climbs up Lawley and Caer Caradoc Hill were followed by a breathtaking descent.
Sam managed another top-10 finish, with a time of 1 hr 26 mins, slightly slower than last year, but this could be put down to the heavy going.
