Sirens peak against the Blinders in their exciting netball clash
The first quarter was a good indication of the exciting netball that was to come with both teams fighting hard.
At the end of the first quarter the score was 11-9 to Sirens, the evenly-matched teams played thrilling end-to-end netball.

Hide AdBut by halftime Siamo had started to edge away, aided by their expert shooter Lindsay Simpson.
The Blinders were down but they certainly were not out! Krishna Darji’s tireless effort and enthusiasm at centre, combined with the movement and sharp shooting by Sam Petterson, meant that they snatched the third quarter.
Despite a determined effort by the Blinders, Siamo’s experience shone through.
Knighton proved too strong for Foxton Flyers, claiming a 60-19 victory.

Hide AdKnighton’s Sophie Beavan managed to turn over some impressive balls at goal defence whilst Tiffany Frost was able to make the most of these opportunities with her fantastic accuracy on goal.
Flyers’ Lucy Crossley and Lucy Goodman were both commended for their determination.
MHBCs beat Harborough harriers 42-11 but Harriers’ Lindsay Collins earnt her both the scorers’ and opposition Player of the Match accolade for her goal defence performance.
