If you fancy yourself as a bit of a whiz in the kitchen, you could earn yourself a pretty penny recreating some of the delicious recipes that are found in the UK’s finest restaurants.

Top chefs at Audley Villages are challenging Brits to recreate and review one of seven dishes in style of those served at Michelin star restaurants - and will pay you £250 for your efforts.

What do I have to do?

The challenge is to show off your cooking skills by recreating adapted recipes from Michelin starred restaurants that anyone can make from home.

Among the seven recipes is cider braised belly pork, seared scallops and vegan risotto, with Brits tasked with making just one of the listed options.

After making the dish, entrants simply need to share a photo of their creation on social media, with the best submission winning a payment of £250, along with an Audley Villages cookbook.

What recipes can I make?

Participants can only submit one Michelin recipe creation for review, which must be selected from the following seven dishes:

If you don’t have access to all of the ingredients in your chosen recipe, you can make appropriate substitutions. This will not impact the overall selection of the winner.

How do I enter?

Once you have made your dish, you simply need to take a photo of it and share it with Audley Villages on social media.

To do this, you will need to follow and tag @AudleyVillages on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter, and use the hashtag #MichelinFromHome with your upload.

Applications are open to UK residents aged 18 and over, and all submissions must be made by 26 June 2020. Any entries after this date will not be counted.

The winning applicant will be announced on 1 July 2020.
