These photos capture the Northern Lights in Harborough - and they might be visible again tonight


These amazing photos show the northern lights in the skies above Harborough area last night (Tuesday).
The Aurora Borealis was spotted by stargazers across the UK - and it may return again tonight (Wednesday).

Hide AdThese photos were taken last night by Erin Dooley at Union Wharf between 9.30-10pm on a mobile phone with short exposure.


Erin said people might spot them tonight if they point their cameras north by northwest.
Aurora Borealis is the result of disturbances in the magnetosphere caused by solar wind and are usually only seen in northern Scandinavian counties.
