Two cars collided head-on in a crash in torrential rain in a Harborough village.

The vehicles crashed on the A4304 in Theddingworth, near Market Harborough, at about 3pm on Friday afternoon (October 2).

Police and ambulances attended the accident on the busy road after the alarm was raised.

One person involved was checked over by medics but are not believed to have been injured.
