Robert Smyth Academy reopens today following burst water main
Market Harborough's Robert Smyth Academy has reopened today (Tuesday) following a full closure yesterday.
A burst water main meant that all 1,050 pupils were sent home on Monday morning.
It was discovered that the school had no running water, due to a leak in the Burnmill Road area resulting in the water supply being cut off locally.
The academy reopened this morning.
