A former town centre nightclub in Market Harborough could be redeveloped.

A scheme to turn the old Enigma club on Coventry Road into three apartments and a 10-bed HMO (a house in multiple occupation) is to be scrutinised by Harborough council.

The café bar and restaurant will continue to operate if the space on the second floor of the building is rejigged.

The blueprint is set to go before the council’s planning committee in the next three months.
