Police name Lutterworth A5 fatal crash victim
A motorcyclist who died in a fatal collision on the A5 near Lutterworth, has been named.
Ian Patrick Massey, 51, from Enderby, Leicester, was pronounced dead at the scene following the accident at around 6.15pm on Tuesday (December 29).
The incident involved two vehicles, a red Suzuki motorcycle and a green Rover Mini. The driver of the car was taken to University Hospitals of Coventry NHS Trust for treatment to her injuries which were described as minor.
Detective Constable Paul Bingham would like to speak to anyone who was travelling along the A5 and saw the collision or the vehicles being driven beforehand. Call 101.
