Harborough wildlife haven gets a welcome cash donation

A key Harborough wildlife haven has been handed a £500 shot in the arm.
The cash has been donated to Leicestershire Wildlife Hospital at Kibworth by Market Harborough Round Table.

Hide AdDavid Moore, chairman of the town’s Round Table branch, said: “We are pleased to be able to support such a worthwhile local charity, especially in these uncertain times.
“Leicestershire Wildlife Hospital provides an invaluable service to local wildlife and we hope to be able to help them further in the future.”
He said the Round Table is an organisation for men aged 18-45.
“It’s all about making friends, having fun, trying things you’ve not done before and putting something back into the community.

Hide Ad“And for our Table, it is the communities around Market Harborough and Desborough.
“In June we normally run 'It’s a Knockout' at Market Harborough Carnival.
“And in December you will see us helping Santa with his sleigh around Desborough and outside Sainsbury’s in Market Harborough.
“We also support BBC Children in Need.”
David said they are always looking for new members.
