A major Harborough district cancer charity is staging a VIP day at Leicester Racecourse this summer.
GEMS Charity, which is based at Kibworth Beauchamp, are holding the fundraising event on Wednesday July 27.
Sally and Andy Anderson are striving to raise money to convert a balcony into an inside space to accommodate more treatment chairs in the Osborne Building at Leicester Royal Infirmary.
