Event organisers Deborah Seabrook and Phil Riley said: “We are delighted with the wonderful and generous support for the evening.”

The special fundraising concert was staged after the successful Borderline Crossing acoustic music event at Harborough Theatre in 2018.

Deborah has worked hard to support Cransley Hospice Trust since her husband Andrew was hit by pancreatic cancer in 2011.

She said: “I found out for myself what a huge challenge coping with a life-limiting illness of a loved one was.

“The support from the brilliant staff at the hospice was invaluable during the last months of Andrew’s life.”

Meanwhile, New Futures Nepal is supporting the inspiring Hope Centre in the Kathmandu Valley.

The charity has helped over 60 thankful children through the Hope Centre and their Lifeline projects.
