Hotel near Lutterworth rewarded for its customer service
Ullesthorpe Court Hotel and Golf Club has been praised for its customer service.
The venue near Lutterworth picked up the award for Best Customer Experience 2015 in the large hotel category, as part of its company’s (Best Western) annual awards ceremony in Manchester last month.
Paul Burgess, operations director of the Best Western PLUS Ullesthorpe Court Hotel and Golf Club, said: “Customer service is at the heart of our ethos and we always strive to give our guests the best possible experience, so we’re thrilled to receive this award from Best Western GB.”
