Firefighters tackle kitchen fire in Desborough after a suspected electrical fault with a tumble dryer

A tumble dryer caught fire and badly damaged the kitchen at a house in Desborough today (Friday).
The town’s firefighters tackled the fire at the home in Alder Close just before 10am today.
No one was injured during the incident, said Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service.
The fire is thought to have been sparked by an electrical fault.
