Harborough council is stepping up its war on fly-tippers.

The district council’s waste collection vehicles are all now brandishing a clear warning to offenders.

“Fly-tippers beware, we are watching you,” warns the declaration across the top of vehicles.

Anyone caught fly-tipping can be fined £400 or more.
