Dog walkers in Harborough face fines of up to £1,000 if they don't clean up after their pets

Dog walkers are being urged to clean up after their pets across Harborough – or face being fined up to £1,000.

The new warning came as Harborough council launched extra dog fouling/anti-litter patrols in the district.

The authority’s environmental crime officers have been patrolling in Broughton Astley and Dunton Bassett this week.
