“At around 9.30pm on Sunday, October 4, three men came into the Domino’s Pizza on Goring Road and demanded money,” said a spokesman.

“They took a couple of hundred pounds and ran out of the shop. A worker, who was in the office at the time, tried to stop them and was punched in the face. She suffered minor injuries and was checked over at hospital.”

Detective Constable Owen Watkins said: “Thankfully the victim was not seriously hurt but she was extremely upset by the ordeal. We are appealing to anyone who was in the area on Sunday evening who might have seen anything to get in touch on [email protected] quoting serial 1442 of October 4.”
