Suspected burglar swiftly arrested after being spotted in Harborough

A suspected burglar was swiftly arrested by Lutterworth-based police as they drove through Market Harborough.

The quickfire arrest was made as the Lutterworth officers were passing through Market Harborough town centre.

“A call was put out for a male, identified and wanted for a burglary that had occurred earlier today,” said Harborough police.

“Male located, arrested and taken to custody.

“Different areas - but one team.”
