Officers acted as they “stop checked” the grey saloon car on Central Avenue, Lutterworth, following local people’s concerns about the vehicle.

The driver, who was found to have no insurance or driving licence, is now set to be handed nine penalty points and a £400 fine, Harborough police said.

And their motor was seized by police as well.
