One person was arrested in connection with drugs being supplied to children at a Kibworth park.
The suspect was held as Harborough North and Harborough proactive team carried out a “plain clothes operation” in Kibworth Beauchamp.

Hide Ad“We made an arrest in relation to drugs supply to children,” said Harborough police.
The exercise was staged as undercover police patrolled parks in Kibworth last night following incidents of anti-social behaviour over the last few weeks.
“We have a number of officers in plain clothes across the parks.
“We have spent a number of hours in Kibworth parks.
“Everyone is good natured, social distancing and enjoying a break in the weather,” said police.

Hide AdOfficers said they received four reports of anti-social behaviour last night, three of which while they were at the park.
"Anti-social behaviour wasn’t occurring at those times, there was music but it wasn’t late or loud. Work ongoing," they added.
