Shannon Woolnough, 33, of Windsor Way, Broughton Astley, has been charged with witness intimidation, using threatening/abusive/insulting words/behaviour with intent to cause fear of/provoke unlawful violence and breach of bail.

He is due to appear at Leicester Magistrates’ Court via video link today (Friday).
