Man questioned by police over multiple offences after he was arrested in Lutterworth

Police are talking to the 53-year-old suspect over a number of thefts, driving offences and possessing an offensive weapon.

A man has been questioned by police over multiple offences after he was arrested in Lutterworth.

Police are talking to the 53-year-old suspect over a number of thefts, driving offences and possessing an offensive weapon.

He was seized after a van sped off from police on Brookfield Way, Lutterworth, just after 6.30pm on Wednesday evening (October 28).

The vehicle was stopped by officers a short time later near Magna Park and the suspect detained.
