A lorry driver is due in court today (Tuesday) charged with drink-driving after an accident near Lutterworth yesterday (Monday).

Filaret Groza, 54, of no fixed address in the UK, is set to appear at Leicester magistrates' court.

Groza, from Romania, was arrested and charged after an incident on Hunter Boulevard on Magna Park distribution and logistics complex.

Police attended the scene after a lorry left the road and damaged a lamp-post just after 11am yesterday.
