Bank holiday line-up for Kelmarsh Show: food & drink, entertainment, live music and more

Get ready for Kelmarsh Show – set the date in your diary and don’t miss out on a packed programme of entertainment this May Day Bank Holiday.

Kelmarsh Show promises a spectacular line-up of top quality entertainment, food tastings, demonstrations, activities, live music and more throughout the weekend of May 5 and 6.

With stacks of free parking and something to appeal to all ages, Kelmarsh Show makes the perfect family day out – and it’s incredibly dog-friendly so even your four-legged friends don’t have to miss out on the fun.

There is a main arena and a countryside arena with events going on throughout the day – including dog shows, horse shows, displays and demonstrations.

You’ll need to keep your eyes to the skies to watch the Red Devils Parachute Display Team go through their paces with some awesome aerial acrobatics.

All new for 2024 is the Spectacle of Equitation Horse Display where you’ll see equestrian expertise at its best.

Another first for this year is the all-new Tribute Stage which will showcase live music to appeal to everyone with quality tribute acts from pop royalty including Taylor Swift, Diana Ross, Elton John and Kylie.

Foodies will be in their element with mouth-watering delicacies everywhere. There will be plenty of choice to satisfy even the heartiest of appetites and lots of culinary inspiration with dozens of local delicacies in the Food Village and live BBQ cooking demonstrations.

No show would be without its country pursuits and at Kelmarsh you’ll have the chance to indulge in a range of outdoor activities including gundog skills, clay pigeon shooting, fishing and lots more. Or you can sit back and watch the skills of the falconer in the birds of prey displays, or pick up tips from the experts in dog handling, casting the perfect line or tying an irresistible fly.

For the younger visitor the Wilson Browne Solicitors Kids Zone offers activities FREE to all children taking part.

Those who love a bit of retail therapy will be able to indulge themselves at the numerous stalls and stands. There will be sumptuous food and drink, locally produced products, as well as hundreds of top-quality exhibition stands selling all kinds of countryside goods, homeware and other products, you really will be spoilt for choice!
