It’s re-opened slightly later than many of the other 27 Harborough council play areas as new sand and bark has been brought in and new fencing erected
A superb playground in a popular Market Harborough park has finally re-opened after the four-month Covid-19 lockdown.
Families poured back into the play area in Welland Park, between Coventry Road and Welland Park Road, on Friday as the gates were unlocked.

The much-loved site has been shut since the coronavirus lockdown was imposed in late March.
