Latest figures show how many people have died with coronavirus in the Harborough district

New figures have been released showing the effect of the coronavirus on the community.

The statistics come from the Office for National Statistics and show the deaths from March up to the end of June.

They show what percentage of all deaths were linked to Covid-19. Obviously there is still contention about how some deaths have been classified but these figures give us a good estimate to the effect of the disease.

In total, 57 people have died with Covid-19 in the Harborough district.
