New jobs could be heading to Market Harborough if a planned new employment park is built on the town’s outskirts.

The business centre will be set up off Leicester Road, close to Kirby Agriculture and Forest Gate car dealer, to the north of Market Harborough if it gets the go-ahead.

The scheme will consist of six one-to-two storey office, business and warehouse units with space created for a town-based enterprise to be relocated if it’s approved by Harborough District Council.

The proposed Wellington Business Park is expected to create hundreds of jobs if it’s rubberstamped by Harborough council.
