Harborough estate agent strikes gold at the British Property Awards

Andrew Granger & Co has been named Gold Award Winner for Letting Agent in Market Harborough for 2019-2020 by the British Property Awards.

It’s the second year running the well-established property firm has scooped the coveted accolade.

Andrew Granger & Co had to meet tough criteria set by the awarding body to be considered before being judged in a mystery shopping-type fashion over six weeks.

Jill Griffiths, the company’s director of Lettings, said: “We were all thrilled to receive the news.

“The team works extremely hard and it’s a testament to them that we have won the award for the second time.”

She added: “We endeavour to provide the best service for our landlords and tenants and are extremely proud to have won the award again.”

Andrew Granger & Co celebrated its 30th anniversary last year.

It started as an estate agency in Harborough before opening offices in Loughborough and Leicester - and has offered a lettings service for over 20 years.

It’s a part of the business that goes from strength to strength with the largest local portfolio of rental properties which is continually growing.
