Deliveroo set to deliver barbecues and paddling pools as Bank Holiday weekend one-off

From the burgers and baps to the actual barbecue itself, this Bank Holiday, for a limited time only, Deliveroo customers can get the essentials they need ordered to their door.

With the sun expected to shine again this weekend, those lucky enough to have a garden space will be holding out hope for a bank holiday barbecue at home and Deliveroo has come up with a new plan to help make it happen.

Some of the delivery company's partners such as Co-op, BP M&S, M&S Food, Morrisons and Majestic Wine are giving access to a range of new classic barbecue items on the Deliveroo app.

For this weekend only, Morrisons are adding an inflatable paddling pool for £5 to their range of items available on the Deliveroo app, for families wanting to make an extra splash in the garden. While stocks last.

All items are available from today (Thursday) and are subject to availability and demand.

As a Bank Holiday special, Co-op and Morrisons are offering disposable barbecues for a limited time only on the Deliveroo app. Ranging from between £2-£3.15, customers ordering should follow all safety guidelines as per the packaging information. The offer is only valid while stocks last.

A huge range of barbecue food items have also been added to the Deliveroo on-app selection for customers ordering from Co-op, BP M&S, M&S Food and Morrisons. The products include bangers, burgers and baps.

Co-op are offering eight different BBQ bundles on Deliveroo this weekend, including a Burger BBQ bundle comprising Co-op White Rolls, Co-op British 4 Beef Quarter Pounders, Co-op Iceberg Lettuce and Cathedral City Mature Cheddar for £7.80 and also a Fruit Salad bundle comprising strawberries, pineapple, red seedless grapes, sweet easy peelers and Rowse honey for £12.05.

BP M&S are also offering a BBQ Bundle on Deliveroo for £15 which includes 2 packs of M&S Floured Baps (6pk), 2 packs of M&S Best Every Burgers, 1 pack of M&S Pork Sausage (6pk) and 1 pack of Cheese.

Morrisons and M&S Food have also added some of their best-selling BBQ food items to their menus ahead of the weekend, including items such as BBQ meats, coleslaw, rolls and baps. Customers can also order items including crisps, condiments, dips and soft drinks.

Following the major expansion of Majestic Wine on Deliveroo this week, customers can now also choose from a wide selection of wines, spirits and champagnes.
