Very different kind of theatre show comes to the Corby Cube

The weather might well be getting brighter but a group of performers will be taking an audience at The Core at Corby Cube back to a winter wonderland.

It Snows

It Snows will be performed on Saturday.

Boy doesn’t meet girl. Girl doesn’t meet boy. Threatened by terrifying lads gang. Threatened by awe-inspiring girls gang. Mum and Dad have declared war. Against each other. Weird neighbour in the building opposite. Usual ordinary gloominess. Then, one day, it snows. And everything changes.

Taking a new approach, this term saw Core Actors, Moves, Core Writers and Core Digital working as a creative team to devise and develop the script based on the play by Bryony Lavery and Frantic Assembly’s Scott Graham, allowing the story to be told across a variety of art forms including theatre, physical performance, dance, writing, animation, film and much more.

It Snows will be performed in The Lab at The Core at Corby Cube on Saturday at 2pm and 7.15pm.

Tickets are priced at £6 and can be booked by calling the ticket office on 01536 470470 or by visiting www.thecorecorby.com.
