Initial ground works are now complete at the new St Luke’s hospital site in Market Harborough.

Daryl Seivewright, capital investment manager for NHS Property Services, said: “The recent mild weather has really helped us.”

But the construction team warns that parking at the hospital is limited while the work is being carried out.

Visitors should use the drop off points to deliver patients to reception and then park elsewhere on the site.

There is disability parking close to the main entrance. The new £7.8 million building is due to be completed in February 2017.
