Police are appealing for witnesses after a car crash on the A6 near Market Harborough on Saturday.
A man suffered serious injuries when the car he was travelling in was involved in a collision on the A6 near the Macdonalds roundabout.
The road was closed for five-and-a-half hours while police investigated the single-vehicle crash.
Now police are calling for witnesses to the accident to come forward. It happened at about 2.53pm on Saturday and involved a blue Audi A4 convertible.
There were three people in the car at the time, police said. One of the two passengers was taken to Coventry and Walsgrave Hospital where he remains in a critical condition. The car’s driver and a second passenger were not injured.
The road was re-opened at 8.30pm, around five-and-a-half hours after the incident.
