Shoppers in Harborough have the chance to win a fantastic Christmas hamper, packed with locally-produced goodies by the town’s new local food hub, edibLE16.
The initiative is a not-for-profit business run by volunteers which organises a weekly click-and-collect shopping service focussed on selling local food and drink.
Orders are collected from The Admiral Nelson pub in Nelson Street, Harborough.
Anyone placing an order via its website www.edible16.org.uk will be entered into a prize draw for the hamper.
With Christmas fast approaching edibLE16 has added many festive products to their shop, including Christmas poultry, mince pies, Christmas puddings and more.
Emma Kendall, edibLE16’s manager, said: “We are doing our bit to make Christmas preparations easier. We have a fantastic range, it’s simple to order and collect from us and we offer a convenient and friendly service.”
James Fanshawe, one of the directors, added: “By ordering from edibLE16 people can make a real difference to the local economy because they are buying quality, reasonably-priced, locally-sourced food and drink all from one convenient website.”
