A party of 22 Year 5 and 6 children from Foxton Primary School, teachers Kate Frow and Zoe Whitehead and school governors Neil Stout and John Parkinson, have returned from a successful four day trip to Madrid.

Foxton is twinned with C.P. Almudena, a primary school in the centre of the city.

Prior to the visit the children from both schools had exchanged letters and the Foxton children had worked hard to improve their Spanish. They had also studied elements Spanish culture, history and the work of Picasso.
