School’s spring concert

Nine different groups will be performing at a Harborough school’s spring concert next Wednesday, March 18.

Robert Smyth Academy’s annual spring music event will feature all of its music ensembles; the award-winning Soul Patrol, the big band, jazz band, the Versatile Voices choir, folk group and the flute, brass, string and sax ensembles.

The night will also feature a number of Robert Smyth A-level music students performing some solo pieces.

Tickets for the concert cost £5 for adults or £3 for the under-19s and are available from the reception, in Burnmill Road, or by calling the school on 01858 440770.

The concert starts at 7pm and is taking place in the main hall.
