Proposal lodged for 16 new houses in Harborough

A plan has been submitted to build 16 new homes in Market Harborough on farmland just north of Tymecrosse Gardens in the town.

The properties would comprise 11 bungalows and five split-level houses.

The housing mix includes six three-bedroom homes, seven four-bedroom properties and three two-bedroom affordable homes.

It is an outline application with layout, scale and means of access to be considered at this stage by Harborough Council’s planning department.

The applicant – named in planning documents lodged with the council – is agricultural firm Parkers of Leicester Ltd.

The reference for the plan is 15/00968/OUT.
