Over 200 worshippers from churches across Harborough packed the town’s Congregational Church for the special Week of Prayer for Christian Unity service.

The service leader and preacher was the Rev Stephen Haward, Minister of the Congregational Church and chair of Churches Together in Harborough.

The Rev Haward urged the huge congregation to “honour Christ in one another” and not to behave like the fans of rival football teams.
