A mystery man or woman in the Market Harborough area has just become a millionaire - after a huge win on the National Lottery.

The winning ticket, believed to be worth around £1million, was sold by Sainsbury’s in St Mary’s Place, Market Harborough.

A modest blue and silver Lottery sign on the front door of the store this week announced: “Millionaire made in this store”.

And a sales assistant selling Lottery tickets in the store this week was happy to confirm: “Yes, it’s true - we had a big winner here recently. How many tickets do you want?”
