The equipment has been funded from money raised locally by Market Harborough Round Table and the Desborough Community Development Trust.

The Friends of Desborough Library and the Desborough Community Development Trust will fund ongoing costs.

Graham Thomson, manager of Desborough Library, said: “We are grateful for this lifesaving opportunity.”

The Round Table has more funds for Desborough. Good causes should apply to Matthew Jones, c/o The Angel Hotel, Market Harborough.
