Latest on spate of sex assaults in Harborough

Police are following up a series of leads in the hunt for a man who carried out four sex assaults in Harborough.

A police spokesman yesterday (Wednesday) said that officers have responded to calls from the public, and enquiries into the assaults are ongoing, although no arrests have been made.

The four separate assaults were carried out in Market Harborough between 3.30pm and 5pm on Saturday, November 22. Police publicised the assaults on December 4.

This was 12 days after the incidents happened.

The man police are looking for is white, skinny, 20 to 30 years old, 5ft5ins to 5ft6ins tall with a beard or stubble.

He was wearing a dark hooded top and tight leggings or jeans with a snowflake or Aztec-type design.
