Harborough academy to host two hall fundraisers

Harborough’s Robert Smyth Academy is holding two fundraising events in the coming months to raise money for a project to refurbish the school’s hall.

The first, on Saturday, June 20, from 10am to 3pm, is a ladies’ shopping event and there will be clothes, bags, handicrafts, jewellery , beauty products and much more on sale.

Refreshments, including Prosecco, will also be available. Entry is £2.50.

The second event is Indian Summer, a Bollywood themed dinner dance in a marquee in the school grounds on Saturday, July 4, from 7pm until midnight. There will be Indian food and Bollywood dancers followed by a disco and licensed bar. Tickets are £25 and tables of eight can also be booked.
