A developer last week officially launched its latest housing estate in Market Harborough.
Windsor Gate is situated in Lathkill Street and is spread across 3.2 acres.
Once finished, the Miller Homes development will comprise a choice of 47 three- and four-bedroom homes.
Its showhome was launched last week and is open from 9amto 6pm from Monday to Friday and from 9am to 4pm on Saturdays.
Miller is also behind the Stretton Glen estate in Great Glen in the Harborough district.
The firm said Windsor Gate is “conveniently located for residents to enjoy everything that Market Harborough has to offer while also being close to open green spaces and the countryside”.
Miller Homes Midlands sales manger Pat Kimber said: “Windsor Gate has received a lot of initial interest from buyers in the region.
“Even before we opened our doors, we had lots of people registering their interest with us online.”
Among the first properties to be released at the site are the three-bed Auden design and the four-bedroom detached Esk.
Priced from £234,950, the Auden includes a feature bay window with French doors opening out into the garden and a spacious master bedroom, complete with separate dressing area and en-suite.
The Esk is available from £259,950 and features a garage, bay window in the lounge and a spacious kitchen and family area, while the master bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room.
A number of purchase incentives are available on properties at Windsor Gate, including Miller’s part exchange scheme and the Government-backed Help to Buy. Help to Buy offers buyers the chance to purchase with a 5 per cent deposit, with an equity loan funding up to 20 per cent of the purchase price.
This would make the Auden available from £187,960.
Miller Homes was recently awarded the top mark of five stars out of five for customer satisfaction in the Home Builders Federation national New Home Customer Satisfaction Survey.
Pat said: “Everything that we do is to ensure that our buyers have a positive experience with us. Our five-star rating shows how dedicated we are to ensuring that customers enjoy every step of their journey, from the initial visit to the sales centre, to selecting those all important interior options with our expert advisers, and of course moving in to their fantastic new home.”
This year has been a busy one for Miller Homes Midlands, reflecting the upsurge in the property market. The housebuilder has launched six new developments across the region, with more to launch shortly.
Prior to the showhome launch at Windsor Gate, enquiries were being handled via Connells estate agents in St Mary’s Road, Harborough.
