Residents in Great Glen are to benefit from a new computer which has been donated to the parish council.

The computer has been given by Waterloo Housing Group, and is now available at the parish council office in Church Road for anyone who lives in the village to use.

Waterloo has built 34 new affordable homes in Great Glen, working in partnership with the district and parish councils. A further 38 new homes will be added by the year 2017.

Eileen Neelands, community development officer at Waterloo Housing Group, said: “We are always looking for opportunities to support our residents and their local communities. I’m sure the computer will make a real difference to a lot of people.” Pictured is Waterloo’s communities and neighbourhood manager Sandhya Patel presenting the computer to chairman of Great Glen Parish Council Cindy Andrews.
